Question: Dr. Heller,My wife recently started taking Paxil and it has helped her a lot.  Her moods are much better since she has been on the medication.  However the drug seems to have affected our sex life in a big way.  She claims to have a severe lack of hormones as well as the inability to have an orgasm.  What can be done about this?  Any advice would be helpful.
